Best Achizitii SRL has a procurement department whose attributions include application to procurement procedures in which our company has the quality of tenderer.  Below are some contracts that we have won and implemented.

  • Ministry of European Funds – Purchase of packages with food aid and packages with hygiene products, including transport to the distribution points of the town halls within the POAD.
  • General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations – “Products for the completion and reintegration of the shelter capacity and the functioning of the temporary shelter for providing assistance to the population from Ukraine entering Romania (RO-SHELT).
  • General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations – Personal hygiene set within the “Romanian Shelter Capcity (RO-SHELT)” project.
  • General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations – BEDS within the “Romanian Shelter Capcity (RO-SHELT)” project.
  • NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION OF STATE RESERVES AND SPECIAL PROBLEMS Framework agreement for supply Camping package for operative interventions, composed of the following maximum quantities of products: 3,246 cpl.  tents, 293,137 pcs.  beds, 285,955 pcs.  beds, 135,679 pcs.  sleeping bags, 430,787 pcs.  bed mattresses, 830,691 pcs.  wax, 402,586 pcs.  pillow cases, 430,928 pcs.  pillows, 152,000 pcs.  tracksuits and 152,000 pcs.  T-shirts.
  • The National Administration of State Reserves and Special Issues Supply of flour, malai, pasta, rice, jam, oil.
  • HUNEDOARA COUNTY – Supply of fruit, milk and dairy products and bakery products within the Romanian School Program.  The category of products that are subject to the framework agreement are: fruits (apples), milk (UHT milk) and yogurt and bakery products.
  • SIBIU COUNTY – Supply and distribution of milk and dairy products, fruit and bakery products in schools and kindergartens for the period 2023-2025.
  • Ministry of National Defense – Military Unit 01836 Framework agreement for the supply of “Individual combat rations”.
  • NATIONAL OFFICE FOR CENTRALIZED PURCHASES (ONAC) – Contract for the supply of products “rapid tests for the determination of the SARS-CoV-2 antigen performed from the saliva sample”.
