LUDUS PREMIUM SUGAR FACTORY
The Luduș Premium Sugar Factory resumed production in September 2023, just a few months after the acquisition. The investments were considerable, and the efforts culminated in many more requests from farmers in the region, as well as a production in the first year of activity of 24,000 tons. In 2024, the factory will produce 60,000 tons of sugar from beet grown by farmers in Romania, and Romanians will be able to consume BOD and BUB sugar, at a clearly superior quality compared to the imported products on the shelf.
BOD SUGAR FACTORY
On November 23, 2021, the BEST ACQUISITIONS company won the auction and became the owner of the BOD Sugar Factory in Brașov County. Since 2023, it has started to carry on the tradition of over 135 years of BOD sugar, marketing a product made 100% from sugar beet grown by farmers in Romania. Built in 1889, 11 km from Braşov and 3 km from Bod commune, on the banks of the Bârsa river, the factory today has full Romanian capital, having a particular economic importance in the area.
TRANSILVANIA RESIDENCE
Given the fact that Brașov is a city in full expansion and development, the BEST ACQUISITIONS company invested in 2018 in a unique residential complex, far from the urban agglomeration, only a few steps away from the most relaxing tourist attractions – Lake Noua, the Zoo and the Adventure Park. The exclusive apartment district was built on an area of over 5,000 square meters. Transilvania Residence, having buildings designed in a unique style, with 146 apartments arranged in three sections.

In this exclusive project, the apartments and duplexes were finished according to special design projects, and the parking space was included in the price.
